Just wondering why is this file so big? I thought the original game file is about 200ish MB.

Dunno what to tell you. Unity games can be compressed af. I guess what they say on DLsite is the install .exe or the archive you would have to download is 220.73MB, but that would install/extract into 3.3GB too. So don’t worry, this is it.
