Well, virus total's got some concerns about the unusual dll (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/9cfb26d6396e52eb5678fa36ae9ff09744a132d62d264c223963c64eaa611590/detection). Bit past my ability, to confirm 100%, but it's kinda sketchy looking, Two versions of the .rgss3a that've both been renamed, sort sort of launcher program, non Ace dll that's throwing malware alerts. Think I'll be purging this one.
It's possible that this is just due to this being patched, cracked, and the chinese version, but doesn't seem worth the risk to me (also none of those explain the double rgss).
It is likely just because it is a new-like crack, that DLL is seemingly patched but otherwise not doing anything too suspect from my limited view of it. Don't know about the rgss stuff you mentioned, if it is just renamed it could just be a result of the crack process that they renamed it for whatever reason. At the moment I don't see enough to take any action but if someone wants to provide further research to prove an issue I'll check back here for a few days.
