Can't start a stage. Enter and clicking doesn't work either. There is no separate start button. Clicking settings doesn't pop anything up either.

@elitepomfers I'm having the same problem.... 2 separate machines, tries changing locale to Japanese, nothing worked.

I tried both this and the one on /3282565 and both works just fine for me. The problem has to be on your side (I think), maybe the firewall or anti-virus?

Firewall nor AV are the problem on my side, turning both off didn't do anything. At this point I'm beginning to think it's completely random.

Same problem. Tried Japanese locale, reboot, disabling antivirus, setting compatibility with windows 7-8 with no success. Game launches but menu is unusable.

People on another forum say that the date format in your Windows needs to be Japanese too, see the "Region" tab in win settings and set everything to Japanese
