seems busted for now, new game = stuck on loading screen and in studio you can add characters but can't choose them on the list so can't do anything with them

Update! I got it past the loading screen. I'm on Windows 10 but I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work on Windows 7. Changing system locale to Japanese did nothing and it was the first thing I tried. Changing the regional format to Japan did. I even changed it back to my default region and the infinite loading screen came back. So you shouldn't have to reboot every time you want to play this at least. This makes some sense to me. I think this is a bug and not an intentional anti-piracy measure. The game is created using Unity / C# and from experience I know that C# is sensitive to the system region settings when parsing and serializing data. As a programmer you sometimes need to specify something called a CultureInfo class, which tells C# how to interpret regional information like times and dates. If you don't, it will default to the system default. It probably throws an error when some of the data isn't being parsed correctly and since Unity doesn't crash on errors it just halts the script and you get stuck at that screen forever. (Sorry, I'm a Unity developer and I couldn't help myself.) Thanks again.

I download the game from DLsite, and update it with this torrent files I run the game on Win10, after update, I stuck on the loading screen, but the create function works well I tried to change my system locate to Japan, and I changed the regional format, too. it still didn't work

For me, turning off G-sync fixed the infinite loading screen issue.

update! I notice that after install the update, my game doesn't have "uploader" in my menu, which means the install didn't success go to the game folder, copy all the items under "AI-Syoujyo_Data" folder, and paste into "_AI-Syoujyo_Data" folder after this, the "uploader" item appear, and the problem is fixed
