I can't seem to get it to run. Installation completes fine and I have jp locale. Anyone else with the same problem?

I finally found the problem, apparently just setting JP locale isn't enough. The game worked after setting my format + location to Japan.

I had the same problem, JP system locale, even tried with HF AppLocA. The installation was successful, but the start.exe appears immediately and simply disappears. Solution is to have system locale, change location, along with date/time format to japanese.
